Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to serve as the reimbursement and coverage SME within the North America region. The role involves educating HCPs on payer dynamics, assisting in patient access, and coordinating with HUB programs. Travel approx.

50% across designated territories, including Chicago and surrounding areas. Candidate should have 7+ years in pharma, strong communication skills, and a BS/BA degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience (sales and/or coding and reimbursement).
• Reimbursement and Access experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Specialty Drug Reimbursement, Government Payment Systems, Provider/Carrier Networks, and Co-Pay Assistance Programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct office calls with HCPs and staff to enable patient access and resolve reimbursement questions.
• Provide in-person and virtual education on payer landscape, coverage, and formulary changes.
• Distribute Pfizer-approved materials related to coverage and reimbursement.
• Educate on Hub financial assistance programs, patient portals, and enrollment processes.
• Coordinate with HUB and understand payer requirements for individual patients.
• Act as subject matter expert on reimbursement/coverage issues for Pfizer products in assigned regions.
