Pfizer is seeking an experienced Field Reimbursement Colleague within the North America region to support patient access by conducting HCP calls and delivering payer education. The role requires 7+ years in pharma reimbursement and the ability to navigate complex coverage policies, prior authorizations, and hub programs.

The position supports reimbursement and access across assigned territories, travels up to 50%, and reports to the I&I Access & Reimbursement Regional Director.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience typically within the fields of pharmaceutical sales and/or coding and reimbursement.
• Reimbursement and Access experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Specialty Drug Reimbursement and Government Payment Systems.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Aufgaben

• Conduct office calls with HCPs and office staff to enable patient access to Pfizer products.
• Provide in-person and virtual education on payer landscape, coverage, and formulary changes.
• Distribute Pfizer RC-approved materials relating to coverage and reimbursement matters.
• Coordinate with Pfizer HUB and patient access programs to understand payer requirements.
• Address questions about prescription status for patients enrolled in Pfizer programs.
