Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to drive patient access in the U.S. This role reports to the I&I Access & Reimbursement Regional Director and requires 50% travel for live interactions across major Chicago-area markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience in sales and/or coding and reimbursement.
• Experience with Specialty Drug Reimbursement, Government Payment Systems, and provider networks.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, strategic planning, and successful plan implementation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct office calls with HCPs and staff to enable patient access to Pfizer products.
• Provide in-person and virtual education on payer landscape, coverage, and policies to HCPs/office staff.
• Distribute Pfizer materials related to coverage, such as Patient Assistance Programs and billing guides.
• Educate HCPs on Hub financial assistance offerings, enrollment processes, and portals.
• Coordinate with Pfizer HUB to understand payer requirements for patients.
• Address questions about prescription status of patients in Pfizer patient access programs.
• Compliantly use Pfizer’s designated case notes system.
