Job summary

Valeris is hiring a Field Reimbursement Manager to help remove barriers to access for patients and educate healthcare providers on billing and coding for our client therapies.

You will work with Hub teams, payers, and clinical staff to develop reimbursement strategies and support programs while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and reimbursement rules. This role may require up to 10% travel and can be based in multiple states.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Pharma/Healthcare industry
• Experience with specialty dermatology products preferred
• Must have practice management, billing and/or coding experience
• Payer policy knowledge across public/private payers
• Experience with Prior Authorizations, reimbursement billing, coding and appeals
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Solve patient access issues across Hub and provider offices and communicate with client field team.
• Educate HCP offices on patient support programs and billing rules.
• Lead onsite education on payer coverage, including J-codes and reimbursement topics.
• Guide providers through prior authorization and appeals processes.
• Coordinate with patient support services on cases and claims.
• Review billing and coding to avoid reimbursement hurdles.
