Job summary

Valeris seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to improve patient access by resolving billing and coding barriers across sites of care. You will educate healthcare providers on payer coverage and program rules, and partner with Sales, HUB and Managed Markets to drive reimbursement strategies. Travel up to 10% is required.

The role requires experience with reimbursement processes, prior authorizations, and knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid structures. A related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience with specialty products, HUBs, payers or related area.
• Must have practice management, billing or coding experience for drugs/biologicals/devices.
• Knowledge of commercial payer, Medicare and Medicaid structures.
• Ability to conduct virtual and field reimbursement support/education.

Responsibilities

• Resolve patient access issues and educate offices on billing and coding for provider products.
• Educate HCP offices on payer coverage and program rules.
• Lead onsite education of program business rules and payer coverage.
• Collaborate with HUB, Sales, Payer, Marketing and Managed Markets teams.
• Travel up to 10% as needed to support sites of care.
