Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to help patients access medications by resolving reimbursement and coding barriers. The role works with HUB, payer teams, and healthcare providers to educate on programs and processes.

Travel up to 10% and field-based collaboration across sites of care are core to the role. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in pharma/healthcare, with knowledge of prior authorizations, payer policies, and reimbursement workflows.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent market experience.
• 3+ years in Pharma/Healthcare industry; working with specialty products, Hubs, Payers, HCP or related area.

Responsibilities

• Solve patient access issues by coordinating with Hub, provider offices and client field teams.
• Educate healthcare providers on patient assistance programs and payer rules for reimbursement.
• Lead reimbursement training for HCP offices and support sites of care.
• Assist with prior authorization, coding reviews, and documentation for payer requirements.
• Review billing and coding for products and resolve reimbursement issues to minimize hurdles.
• Travel up to 10% may be required.
