Job summary

argenx SE is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to serve as a trusted reimbursement and patient access advisor for healthcare providers within the Austin, TX area. You will execute access strategies, educate on coverage policies, and collaborate across teams to optimize therapy access for argenx portfolio, including neurology and immunology therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in reimbursement or market access.
• Experience supporting therapies reimbursed under medical and pharmacy benefits (Medicare/Medicaid).
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in neurology, immunology, rare disease, or complex specialty areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reimbursement and patient access resource for healthcare providers and staff within the assigned territory, building trusted relationships through in-person and virtual engagement.
• Educate customers on patient access, reimbursement, coverage policies, prior authorizations, claims, appeals, and billing implications.
• Develop account-specific access strategies and guide providers through reimbursement challenges.
• Manage complex reimbursement issues and escalations while sharing payer insights to inform strategy.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Patient Services, Market Access, and other stakeholders to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Develop territory plans and use CRM/data analytics to track performance and priorities.
