Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Washington, DC territory including DC, MD, and VA. The role requires educating HCPs on reimbursement and coding, and working with sales and account teams to ensure access and affordability for patients across J&J therapies.

On-site engagement is expected up to 50% with a focus on payer policy and provider education, building strong relationships, and managing regional access challenges throughout the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration.
• MBA or MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Reimbursement or managed care experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support team members such as sales reps and account managers.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field support teams.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account business planning.
• Grow knowledge of market dynamics and payer policies.
