Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Advanced business degree or relevant certifications favored.
• Minimum 5 years in account management or reimbursement in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on product coverage, prior authorizations, and reimbursement processes.
• Collaborate with field support teams and act as reimbursement expert for local team.
• Address access and affordability issues for patients with urgency.
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand policies and changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support aligned to FRM Rules of Engagement.
• Build trusted relationships with customers in Immunology accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account business planning.
• Keep knowledge of national, regional, local, and account market dynamics.
• Work with hub and specialty distribution to improve patient support.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, medical, and PECS departments on access insights.
• Serve as subject matter expert on education and insights across payer types and plans.
