Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to lead education, assistance, and issue resolution with healthcare providers regarding patient access to J&J Neuroscience therapies. This role requires up to 50% on-site time with HCPs and staff to assess education needs.

You will collaborate across departments, manage territory logistics and payer policies, and use data-driven insights to overcome access barriers and improve patient support and affordability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in healthcare, business/public administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account Management and/or Reimbursement experience in provider settings.
• Experience with pharmacy and medical benefit design, coding, and prior authorizations.
• Experience with managed care, revenue cycle and appeals processes.
• Ability to influence across a matrix organization.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and data-analysis skills.
• Experience with patient support HUB services is a plus.
• Valid US driver’s license and residency in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support team members and serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert for the local team.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field support team members.
• Utilize data to proactively address access barriers.
• Travel up to 75% of the time.
• Partner with managed care colleagues on policies and changes.
• Execute reimbursement and access support aligned to FRM Rules of Engagement.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers and manage territory logistics.
