Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s PECS team seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Washington, D.C. territory, including DC, Baltimore, Richmond, and Arlington. The role requires on-site collaboration with healthcare providers and up to 50% on-site time with staff, and involves education, access, and reimbursement activities.

The FRM will partner with multiple stakeholders to resolve access challenges, drive adherence, and support patients across Janssen therapies. Travel is up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Reimbursement or managed care experience in a provider office setting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of payer policy, coding, and appeals processes.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support team members and act as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field colleagues.
• Use data to proactively address access barriers and opportunities.
• Travel up to 75% and build trusted relationships with customers.
