Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to lead patient access initiatives across the Boston, MA, Providence, RI, Lynn, MA and Cambridge, MA area. The role combines education, payer engagement, and field-based collaboration with HCPs to ensure timely access to Janssen therapies.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in reimbursement or account management, deep knowledge of buy-and-bill and payer policies, and the ability to analyze complex data to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in account management or reimbursement in a provider setting.
• Expertise with pharmacy and medical buy-and-bill, billing, coding, and prior authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with sales and account managers to address access barriers.
• Lead discussions on access and fulfillment while ensuring compliance.
• Analyze data to accelerate patient access and improve outcomes.
• Travel up to 75% to meet with providers and payers.
