Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s PECS team seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Tampa, FL territory (Saint Petersburg, Sarasota, Naples). This role educates healthcare providers on reimbursement, improves patient access, and collaborates with sales and MSA colleagues to resolve payer challenges.

The FRM will spend significant time on-site with HCPs, building trusted relationships and ensuring compliant access and fulfillment for Janssen therapies.

Qualifications
