Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to lead education, support, and issue resolution for healthcare providers on patient access to Janssen therapies. The role requires up to 50% on-site work with providers and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in reimbursement or managed care, knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid policies, and results-oriented problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare or business/public administration preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account management and reimbursement experience in provider/offic e settings is valued.
• Experience with pharmacy and medical buy-and-bill, coding, billing, prior authorizations, and appeals.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements of payer organizations.
• Collaborate with field support team members and serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert for the local team.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field support team members.
• Utilize data and account-management skills to address access barriers and improve patient outcomes.
• Travel up to 75% of the time to meet customers and support sites.
