Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the New England region to manage defined accounts and execute a territory strategy for patient access and reimbursement.

You will support products through payer pathways, educate providers on coverage, and resolve patient-level reimbursement issues with PHI knowledge. This role requires field coverage and collaboration across HUB and other departments.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s, Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or High School with combinations of leadership and customer service experience as specified.
• Experience managing people and leading teams/projects is required.
• Strong communication and alliance-building with internal/external stakeholders are essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as a field reimbursement expert for defined geography and collaborate with the HUB.
• Support payer prior authorization, denials management, and appeals processes.
• Educate healthcare providers on coverage and reimbursement changes.
• Coordinate issues with partners and communicate payer changes to stakeholders.
• Travel up to 40% and support remote/hybrid work arrangements.
