Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager-Pacific to join our team. This remote US-based role acts as the regional reimbursement and access expert, supporting specialty therapies across the Pacific region and collaborating with payers, providers, and hub services to improve patient access.

You will educate external partners, remove reimbursement barriers, and share field insights to inform access strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of biotech or pharma experience in reimbursement and market access.
• Deep understanding of U.S. payer systems and coverage pathways.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy and hub models.
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements for patient support services.

For our client, we are seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager-Pacific to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role serves as a regional reimbursement and access subject matter expert supporting specialty therapies across the Pacific region. The position partners closely with healthcare providers, payer stakeholders, specialty pharmacies, hub services, and internal market access teams to improve patient access and streamline coverage processes. The ideal candidate will help remove reimbursement barriers, educate external partners, and share field insights that inform access strategy and execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $185,000 – $230,000 annually
