Job summary

Philips is seeking a Senior Manager Field Reimbursement for Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics to educate customers on coding, coverage, and payer requirements in the US. You will lead field reimbursement strategies, travel up to 40%, and collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Compliance to reduce access barriers for patients and providers.

You will develop annual reimbursement objectives, KPIs, and provide provider education and payer presentations to influence market access strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related field reimbursement experience.
• Strong market access and payer presentation experience.
• Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
• Ability to communicate value to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior reimbursement subject matter expert for AM&D products.
• Advise customers and internal teams on provider economics, coding, coverage, and payer requirements.
• Develop field reimbursement strategies to expand payer coverage and improve payment pathways.
• Partner with field sales leadership to set regional priorities and drive reimbursement objectives.
• Build relationships with payers, providers, and cross-functional teams through education and engagements.
