bioMérieux seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to support East Territory providers with navigating CPT/ICD-10/HCPCS coding and payer requirements. The role educates healthcare teams, assists with prior authorizations, and addresses denials and delays to improve patient access to diagnostics.

The FRM partners with Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Operations to shape access strategies, deliver training, and implement tools that optimize reimbursement outcomes across oncology, infectious

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in reimbursement, market access, or revenue cycle roles within diagnostics, biotech, or healthcare.
• Demonstrated experience addressing U.S. reimbursement and payer challenges.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reimbursement and market access resource for assigned provider accounts and regional customers.
• Educate healthcare providers, laboratory staff, and revenue cycle teams on CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding; claims submission; prior authorization and appeals.
• Deliver virtual, onsite, and webinar-based training on reimbursement and coverage topics.
• Proactively and reactively address customer inquiries related to payer coverage, coding, and reimbursement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reimbursement challenges including: denials, underpayments, access delays.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Commercial teams on onboarding and reviews; sustain account health.
• Develop and maintain reimbursement tools, guides, and training materials.
• Represent the provider perspective to influence product positioning and access strategy.
• Ensure activities comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
