Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Health Info Mgmt, Life Sciences or equivalent.
• Advanced degree (MBA/MPH/MHA) preferred.
• 5+ years in reimbursement, market access, or revenue cycle roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reimbursement resource for provider accounts and regional customers.
• Educate on CPT/PLA/ICD10/HCPCS coding, claims submission, prior authorizations.
• Deliver training on reimbursement in virtual, onsite, and webinar formats.
• Address payer coverage inquiries and troubleshoot denials, underpayments, delays.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Market Access to drive access strategy.
• Develop reimbursement tools and materials to support field execution and compliance.
