Job summary

Philips is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Reimbursement to lead customer education on coding, coverage, payment, and payer policy for Philips Image Guided Therapy Device products in the U.S. You will translate complex reimbursement topics into actionable guidance for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with coronary, cardiovascular, and/or peripheral vascular products.
• 10+ years of field reimbursement in the medical device industry.
• Strong knowledge of US healthcare coding, billing, and payer policies.
• CPC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer education on coding, coverage, and payment topics.
• Build relationships with providers, hospitals, and care sites.
• Support customers across evaluation, onboarding, and long-term use.
• Provide reimbursement support for coronary and peripheral procedures using 3D ICE.
• Develop work plans and align stakeholders under supervision.
