Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business/public administration; MBA/MPH preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Reimbursement or managed care experience in provider offices
• Experience with pharmacy and medical/buy & bill benefit design, coding, and appeals processes
• Ability to build relationships across a matrix organization and influence decisions

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements
• Collaborate with field support teams and serve as access and reimbursement expert
• Lead compliant access discussions with field teams
• Address access barriers using data and account management skills
• Build trust-based relationships with customers and manage territory logistics
