Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine's PECS team is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Los Angeles territory, covering LA, Pasadena, Anaheim, and Long Beach. Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of payer processes, coding, and reimbursement workflows.
• Experience educating healthcare providers on access and affordability.
• Ability to collaborate across field support, sales, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements for payers.
• Collaborate with field support teams (sales, key account managers) as the access and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field support team members.
• Utilize data and account management skills to proactively address access barriers.
• Act with a sense of urgency and accountability to address critical access and affordability issues for patients.
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand current policies and potential future changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support, education and problem-solving aligned to FRM Rules of Engagement.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers in all assigned accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account business planning.
• Maintain and grow knowledge of national, regional, local, and account market dynamics including coverage and coding requirements.
• Grow knowledge of hub and specialty distribution channels to improve practice and patient support needs.
• Collaborate with internal J&J departments (marketing, sales, MSA, PECS) as SME on access and affordability across payer types.
• Execute business with high ethical, legal, and compliance standards, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
