Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support patient access to therapies across regional sites. You will educate healthcare providers on billing and coding, resolve prior authorizations, and serve as a subject-matter expert on medical benefit reimbursement.

This role requires 3+ years in pharma/healthcare, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to travel up to 10%. Based in IL or neighboring states, you will work with HUB and payer teams to optimize access while ensuring

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in a related field or equivalent market experience.
3+ years in Pharma/Healthcare industry; experience with specialty products, hubs, payers, HCPs preferred.
Direct experience with specialty dermatology products is preferred.
Must have billing and coding experience for drugs, biologicals, or devices and knowledge of payer policies (Medicare/Medicaid).

Responsibilities

Resolve patient access issues across HUB, provider offices and payers.
Educate HCP offices on billing, coding and patient support programs.
Lead payer education programs and trainings; assist with prior authorizations and appeals.
Coordinate with HUB, Sales, and Managed Markets teams on payer trends and issues.
Monitor and communicate reimbursement trends to internal stakeholders.
