Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes and to serve as the local reimbursement expert. The role requires on-site engagement with providers, close collaboration with sales and account teams, and proactive management of access barriers across Albany, including Buffalo, Rochester, and Syracuse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Reimbursement or managed care experience.
• Ability to establish relationships and influence across a matrix organization.
• Valid US driver’s license and driving record.
• Permanent residence in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support team members and account managers.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with the field team.
• Use data and account management to address access barriers.
• Travel to customer accounts and manage territory logistics.
