Job summary

Valeris seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to resolve patient access issues and educate providers on billing and coding for client therapies. You will work with HUB teams, payers, and provider offices to improve coverage decisions and expedite approvals.

You will lead reimbursement education, participate in onsite trainings, and coordinate with patient support programs to ensure compliant, timely access across care sites.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to conduct virtual and field-based reimbursement support and education.
• Experience with Prior Authorizations, reimbursement billing, coding, and appeals process.
• Knowledge of commercial payer, Medicare and Medicaid structure, systems, and reimbursement process.
• Must have specific practice management, billing and/or coding experience for drugs, biologicals, or devices.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex patient access issues by working across hubs, provider offices and client teams.
• Educate HCP offices on patient support programs and payer coverage policies.
• Lead on-site educator sessions for program business rules and payer coverage reviews.
• Coordinate with patient support services to resolve claim issues and improve access.
