Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to resolve patient access issues and educate providers on billing and coding for client therapies. You will work with HUB, payer teams, sales, and HCPs to enhance reimbursement strategies and patient access across sites of care.

The role requires experience with prior authorizations and reimbursement processes, and involves virtual and field-based education with office staff and providers.

Qualifications

• Must have practice management, billing and/or coding experience for drugs, biologicals, or devices.
• General payer policy knowledge including public and private payers.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid structure, systems, and reimbursement processes.
• Experience with Prior Authorizations, reimbursement billing, coding, and appeals process.
• Ability to conduct virtual and field reimbursement support and education.

Responsibilities

• Resolve patient access issues and educate provider offices on billing and coding.
• Lead reimbursement support with HUB, payers, and client teams.
• Educate HCP and office staff on patient support programs.
• Coordinate with patient support program representatives on cases and issue resolution.
• Lead sales training related to product reimbursement and payer strategies.
• Adhere to corporate policies and protect confidential data.
