Job summary

Piab Group is seeking a Regional Sales Representative for the Western Territory. This field-based role focuses on generating new opportunities and growing market share for TAWI-branded products within Piab Group’s Lifting Automation Division.

The assigned territory includes AZ, UT, NV, CA, OR, WA, ID, MT, and WY. Strong prospecting, technical sales ability, and CRM discipline are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or business development experience in industrial or technical sales.
• Experience with lifting automation, material handling, packaging, warehousing or ergonomic equipment preferred.
• Experience working with distributors, integrators, dealers, or channel partners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect consistently within the assigned Western territory through outbound outreach and customer visits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with direct customers, distributors, integrators, and channel partners to identify opportunities.
• Qualify customer applications, identify decision-makers, and advance opportunities through the sales process.
• Travel extensively within the territory and manage costs efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support quotations, technical responses, and project follow-up.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and represent Piab Group professionally at events.
