Job summary

Piab Group is seeking a Regional Sales Representative for the Western Territory, covering AZ, UT, NV, CA, OR, WA, ID, MT, and WY. You will drive new business with direct customers, distributors, integrators, and channel partners, while qualifying opportunities and supporting quotations.

This field-based role requires strong CRM discipline, excellent presentation skills, and ability to travel, with responsibility for executing sales plans and expanding market share within the territory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or business development experience.
• Experience with lifting automation or industrial equipment preferred.
• Ability to travel 50%+ and work across the Western US.
• Strong prospecting and CRM discipline.

Responsibilities

• Prospect consistently in the Western territory through outbound outreach, visits, distributors, and partners.
• Develop relationships with direct customers, distributors, integrators, and channel partners.
• Qualify applications, identify decision-makers, and advance opportunities with internal teams.
• Travel extensively to maximize customer-facing time while controlling costs.
• Represent Piab professionally at meetings, demos, and industry events.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and territory activity.
