Job summary

Piab Group is seeking an Area Sales Manager to oversee the New England region, drive profitable growth, and expand Piab Vacuum Automation & Robotic Gripping products through distributors and direct customers.

You will travel approximately 50-75% and collaborate with North District Team, leveraging Salesforce CRM and Piab’s Sales Excellence process to achieve territory goals, provide technical training, and represent Piab at events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of technical sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing territory business plans to support company goals.
• Developing and managing sales channels for Piab products in the territory.
• Documenting and managing sales activity and opportunities using Salesforce CRM and Piab processes.
• Conducting regular reviews with distributors and channel partners to support regional growth.
• Providing customers and partners with technical training and product support.
