Job summary

Moss is seeking an Energy Field Recruiter to partner with project leadership and hiring managers across multiple solar utility-scale projects. You will develop and execute strategies to attract, source, screen, and coordinate skilled craft and hourly talent, while delivering a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate is relationship-driven with strong sourcing capabilities and a passion for field recruiting, capable of building talent pipelines in diverse markets and travel

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting across multiple platforms.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to build relationships with field leadership, hiring managers, and community partners.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Experience recruiting for construction, renewable energy, solar, skilled trades, or industrial environments preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish and/or English/Haitian Creole strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel periodically to project sites and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to build active talent pipelines for craft and hourly roles.
• Partner with project leadership to understand workforce plans and local labor market conditions.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach (phone, text, email).
• Promote Moss's employer brand and communicate culture, benefits, and career opportunities to candidates.
• Create market-specific recruiting plans by researching local demographics and labor trends.
• Establish relationships with community partners to enhance recruitment efforts.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Coordinate candidate movement through hiring process for a positive experience.
• Organize attendance at hiring events, career fairs, and site recruitment activities.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines and talent communities for future staffing.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to share market intelligence and best practices.
• Track recruiting activity and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
