Job summary

La La Land is seeking a Field Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across multiple markets and support store openings in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment. This on-site role at our Dallas Support Center requires five days of in-office attendance and a strong emphasis on candidate experience.

You will partner with General Managers and operations leadership to understand staffing needs, build pipelines, and move candidates through sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple locations

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of open positions across multiple locations
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates while maintaining hiring standards
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs and new store openings
• Partner with General Managers and operations leadership to understand hiring priorities
• Manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring goals with urgency
• Create and manage job requisitions across Paylocity and external boards
• Coordinate candidate progression through all interview stages and offers
• Prepare offers with accurate compensation and start dates
• Maintain accurate backend hiring records in Paylocity
• Ensure Form I-9 and onboarding paperwork are complete and compliant
• Track onboarding requirements and resolve missing documentation
• Support hiring events and market-specific recruiting initiatives
• Monitor recruiting activity and pipeline metrics for leadership reporting
• Protect confidentiality of candidate and employee information
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency and candidate experience
