Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and provide interview preparation and feedback.
• Engage with community partners and attend local events to expand brand exposure.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and support client delivery with a solutions mindset.
