Employbridge is seeking a Field Recruiter in Liberty, NC to partner with local teams and sources to fill roles efficiently. You’ll brainstorm recruitment strategies, craft compelling postings, and engage with candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.

You will interview and assess candidates, conduct screenings and I-9s, and contribute to a fast-paced, high-volume staffing environment. This role emphasizes relationships, efficiency, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualificações

• 1 year in a fast-paced, high volume-driven environment, preferably staffing.
• A strong computer knowledge so you can navigate the platforms we use.
• A passion for talking with people of all levels and being able to handle stressful situations.
• A Strong customer service focus.
• Being able to manage your time and stay organized.
