Job summary

EmployBridge in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Field Recruiter with forklift experience to help place great people in steady roles. You'll collaborate with a team, brainstorm ways to attract candidates, and manage multiple clients daily.

You will use marketing skills to post jobs, build a candidate pipeline, screen applicants, and coordinate drug screens, background checks, and I-9s to get hires started. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE. WILL TRAIN NEW HIRES VIRTUALLY AND IN PERSON!
• Recruiting & staffing experience is a plus!
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus!
