Applied Materials, Inc. seeks a Field Readiness Enablement lead to ensure service readiness for new product introductions and technology ramps. You will coordinate across training, field service capacity, documentation, and spare parts to ensure readiness before product release or ramp milestones.

The role requires broad knowledge gained through education and hands-on experience, with project management practices to coordinate multiple stakeholders and escalate risks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience with readiness planning, training readiness, documentation, and governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day readiness activities for product ramps and NPIs.
• Coordinate readiness across training, field service, documentation, and spares.
• Develop and manage readiness KPIs, dashboards, and risk mitigations.
• Collaborate with GPS, FSO, SPO, and other business units to align readiness.
