Job summary

CAE USA is seeking an Integrated Readiness Manager to lead hardware development, subcontract management, and deployment readiness across multiple defense programs. You will coordinate between Engineering, Program Management, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that meets customer and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, manufacturing readiness, and continuous improvement in a dynamic, security-conscious environment, with US citizenship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership in hardware development, manufacturing, or defense/aerospace.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical and operational teams.
• Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, OSHA, and government contracting environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated execution of hardware development, manufacturing, and deployment readiness across programs.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with goals, customer requirements, and commitments.
• Partner with Program Management and Engineering leadership to ensure successful execution and product delivery.
• Establish operational priorities and allocate resources to meet schedule, quality, and cost objectives.
• Serve as operational advisor to senior leadership on risks, resources, and execution strategies.
• Support business development via staffing plans, BOEs, labor forecasting, and execution planning.
