Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking a hardware operations professional to bridge rapid hardware iteration with stringent quality and field-readiness requirements.

You will own manufacturing execution from prototyping through launch, coordinating with contract manufacturers and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and robust performance. You will drive BOM risk management, DFM/DFS reviews, and cost optimization with cross-functional engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Own product manufacturing execution and operational bring-up from early prototype builds through validation and launch readiness.
• Manage build schedules, CTB tracking, and milestone gates across contract manufacturers, JDMs, and internal teams.
• Balance fast lifecycle expectations of consumer tech with safety, compliance, and field-durability demands of industrial/heavy-vehicle deployments.
• Lead factory line bring-ups, track yield, and manage ECOs to minimize scrap and field disruption.
