Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking Mission Operations Engineers to manage customer accounts and deploy radar and sensor capabilities across distributed sites. You will work with U.S.

military and allied customers, coordinating with product, engineering, and logistics teams to tailor Anduril offerings to mission needs. The role emphasizes hands-on field work, site integration, and ongoing support, with a strong focus on performance analysis, feedback loops, and operator training.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required and active U.S. Secret clearance eligibility.
  • Experience with radar systems and sensor fusion is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel 50–75% and work with military/partners.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as project manager / on-site lead or remote systems owner with military and DHS customers.
  • Monitor radar performance, network connectivity, and data fusion with other sensors.
  • Gather and prioritize user feedback on radar performance and operator workflows.
  • Provide input to account and engineering on radar features and UI/UX improvements.
  • Lead site standups, install hardware, and coordinate with partners.
