Job summary

Anduril Industries is a defense tech company seeking Mission Operations Engineers to manage customer accounts and deploy radar/sensor products. You will work with product, engineering, sales, and logistics to ensure mission success, provide field support, and coordinate across sites.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in related field and a Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronics, computer engineering, or related field.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
For Software & Analysis focus: software engineering experience and comfort with data analysis; travel occasionally.
For Integration & Field focus: basic CLI familiarity and following procedures; no coding required.
Willingness to travel 50-75%.

Responsibilities

Serve as project manager/on-site lead or remote systems owner for radar and sensor capabilities with U.S. military, DHS, and allied customers.
Monitor radar performance, network connectivity, and fusion with other sensors at distributed sites.
Gather and triage user feedback on radar performance and operator workflows.
Provide input to engineering on radar features and UI/UX improvements.
Lead site standups, travel to installations, and coordinate with end-users and partners.
