Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years experience in senior radar or RF systems leadership roles.
• Demonstrated understanding of radar system design.
• Deep understanding of state-of-the-art radar technologies for defense missions.
• Strong ability to work with engineering teams and manage risks.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and roadmap development.
• Travel up to 30% for customer, vendor and internal collaboration.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to secure buy-in for the radar product.
• Technical ownership: Drive radar architecture and product development strategies.
• Product Strategy: Define a market-winning product strategy and develop the development roadmap.
• Tactical Execution: Organize engineering efforts, prototype development, and delivery of the product.
