This Mission Operations Engineer role drives customer success by managing deployments, coordinating across product, engineering, sales, and logistics, and shaping offerings to meet mission needs. The position emphasizes field integration, software and analysis work, and travel to secure missions at distributed locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronics/computer engineering or related field.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• For Software & Analysis focus: software engineering experience and comfort with data analysis; willingness to travel occasionally.
• For Integration & Field focus: basic CLI familiarity and willingness to travel 50–75%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager or on-site lead with US military and allied customers to deploy radar and sensor capabilities.
• Monitor radar performance, network connectivity, and fusion with EO/IR, RF, and C2 systems at multiple sites.
• Gather and prioritize user feedback on detection performance and operator workflows.
• Develop input to engineering and account teams on radar features and UI improvements.
• Lead site standups, install hardware, and coordinate travel and field logistics.
• Build tooling for remote monitoring and dashboards across distributed sites.
