Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, computer engineering, or related field.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
- For the Software & Analysis focus: demonstrated software engineering experience and comfort with data analysis; willingness to travel occasionally.
- For the Integration & Field focus: basic CLI familiarity; not expected to write software.
- Willingness to travel 50-75%.
Responsibilities
- Serve as project manager or on-site lead delivering radar capabilities to U.S. military and allied customers.
- Monitor radar performance, connectivity, and fusion with other sensors at distributed sites.
- Gather and prioritize user feedback on radar performance and issues.
- Provide input to account and engineering teams on radar features and UI/UX improvements.
- Support engagement with other units and organizations for deployment of radar systems.
- Contribute to a streamlined user feedback and engagement system for radar operations.
