Job summary

Anduril is seeking Mission Operations Engineers to manage customer accounts and deploy radar/sensor suites with DoD and allied customers. You will work across product, engineering, and logistics to tailor solutions for mission success.

You’ll monitor performance, coordinate with field operators, and drive feedback loops for continuous improvement in detection and tracking capabilities. This role requires travel and on-site installation experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in relevant field.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance eligibility.
• Software engineering experience including scripting, data pipelines, or systems integration.
• Willingness to travel 50–75%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager or on-site lead to deliver radar and sensor capabilities to military and allied customers.
• Monitor radar performance, connectivity, and fusion with other sensors and C2 systems at distributed sites.
• Gather, triage, and prioritize user feedback on detection, tracking, and UI/UX improvements.
• Lead site standups, installation, and operator training sessions.
