Job summary

Getz Fire Equipment Company is seeking an experienced Quality Support Specialist to lead field service quality for Pre-Engineered Systems. You will coach technicians, coordinate daily assignments, and resolve first-level customer issues while ensuring safety and adherence to NFPA 10, 17, 17A, and 96.

The role is field-based with a company vehicle and a Monday–Friday day shift. You will conduct ride-alongs, review technician reports, and act as a backup trainer for hands-on customer training,

Qualifications

• Several years of field experience as a Pre-Engineered Systems technician.
• Working knowledge of NFPA 10, 17, 17A, and 96 and applicable state and local codes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to train and mentor technicians.
• Computer skills and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment and random drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field quality control checks and ride-alongs, and report results to the Division Manager.
• Serve as the first point of contact for technician questions, job assignments, and scheduling.
• Resolve customer complaints at the field level and assist technicians when service falls behind.
• Hold vehicles, storage units, and branch offices to company cleanliness standards, and check that technicians have the tools and inventory they need.
• Review technician reports for accuracy and serve as backup trainer for hands-on customer training.
