Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required with 5+ years in quality in a low volume, high mix manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and ability to interact with customers and suppliers.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality activities across equipment platforms and drive data-driven improvements.
• Coordinate with Product Technical Support, Field Teams and Customers to define fixes.
• Develop project pipelines and track improvement metrics to deliver customer benefits.
• Provide field-facing data analysis to support supplier and process improvements.
