TEAM, Inc. is seeking a Heat-Treating Technician – Electrical Resistance to independently execute PWHT using electrical resistance methods.

The role includes preparing, applying, monitoring, and documenting heat cycles on piping, vessels, and weldments in field and shop environments. Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of ERHT experience, familiarity with ceramic pad heaters, thermocouples, and controller programming, plus willingness to travel.

Formación

• 2–5 years ERHT in industrial environments.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Willing to travel and work extended shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain electrical resistance heating systems and controls.
• Perform PWHT and preheat per procedures and codes.
• Install heat treating blankets, insulation, and thermocouples.
• Program and record temperature cycles with control units.
• Coordinate with welders, inspectors, and clients on site.
• Document heat cycles and QA/QC records.
• Work safely at heights and in confined spaces.
