Talkiatry is hiring a field-based Provider Partnerships Manager to build relationships with medical practices and health systems, educate providers about Talkiatry’s services, and drive referral growth. This role requires 75% territorial travel and a hunter-mentality to convert new partners while managing existing accounts.

You will lead in-office visits, presentations, and community outreach, establishing efficient referral workflows and maintaining CRM activity.

Competenze

• 3-6 years in healthcare or healthcare-adjacent field sales, physician liaison, clinical outreach, or business development

Mansioni

• Build relationships with physicians, practice administrators, clinical leaders, and referral teams
• Prospect and convert new medical practices into ongoing referral partners
• Manage and grow a book of existing accounts, increasing referral volume and provider satisfaction
• Execute strategic territory plans to hit and exceed referral growth and provider retention targets
• Lead in-office visits, practice presentations, lunch-and-learns, and community outreach
• Establish workflows, troubleshoot barriers, and ensure smooth referral processes
• Maintain accurate and timely account activity in CRM (HubSpot)
• Represent Talkiatry at industry events, community partnerships, and health-system functions
