Job summary

Utilities One is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead on-site field execution for telecom, power, water, renewable energy, and data center projects in Prescott Valley, AZ. You will coordinate crews, vendors, and compliance with client specifications while reporting to the Operations department.

The role emphasizes safety, permit adherence, and proactive communication with management, clients, and local authorities to deliver projects efficiently and to high standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of aerial and underground design and construction requirements.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license is required.
• Ability to read maps, drawings and diagrams for fiber construction.
• Ability to lift around 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel to different job sites within the assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field execution and ensure productivity.
• Oversee vendors and crews to meet project standards.
• Enforce safety, permits and construction methods.
• Submit daily and project reports, track progress and milestones.
• Coordinate with management, clients and jurisdictions as required.
