Job summary

Convergint Technologies LLC is seeking a full-time Project Manager to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget while maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role is customer-focused and part of a dynamic team that supports growth and excellence.

You will oversee projects from award to completion, coordinate materials and subcontractors, and drive safe, quality results across building automation, fire/life-safety, and electronic security systems.

Qualifications

• PM experience in a technical environment; building automation, fire or security systems preferred.
• Strong initiative and solution orientation are required.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage, oversee, and coordinate multiple aspects for small to medium projects from award through completion.
• Translate customer needs into proposals and project implementation plans.
• Effectively communicate requirements to project team and maintain records for reports.
• Act as the customer’s best service provider and ensure company is first choice for service.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, services, and controls for timely completion within budget.
• Establish project milestones and analyze costs.
• May perform limited managerial responsibilities and oversee subcontractor selection.
