Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and field installation. This role interfaces with customers to maximize satisfaction, safety, and quality, while ensuring on-time, within-budget execution.

The ideal candidate has experience managing technical projects, strong leadership, and effective communication skills to coordinate with teams and clients.

Qualifications

• PM experience in a technical environment (buildings automation, security, AV).
• Leadership and mentoring skills; able to guide others.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project from award to close out, within budget and schedule.
• Prepare installation plans, schedules, and change proposals.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure quality and safety.
